Prayer of Thanksgiving:

I prostrate myself before thy holy image, O Most gracious Infant Jesus, to offer you my most fervent thanks for the blessings you have bestowed on me. I shall incessantly praise your ineffable mercy and confess that you alone are my God, my helper,and my protector. Henceforth, my entire confidence shall be placed in you! Everywhere I will proclaim aloud your mercy and generosity so that your great love and the great deeds which you perform through this miraculous image may be acknowledged by all.

May devotion to your holy Infancy increase more and more in the hearts of all christians, and may all who experience your assistance persevere with me in showing unceasing gratitude to your most holy infancy, to which be praise and glory forever. Amen.

Angel Raphael means Medicine of God

Saint Raphael - He is the medicine of God, When we pray for his help he intercedes directly to God the Father.

Raphael is the Archangel of God's Mercy and light, He is the healing and deliverance angel, and the patron of travelers, physicians, happy meetings and marriages. His feast day is Sept. 29.

St. Raphael Prayers:

Archangel Raphael, Angel of Happy Meetings, lead me by the hand toward the person I am looking for. Just as you were sent by God to guide young Tobias toward Sarah, a good and virtuous spouse, please do this also for me.

May my every movement and all their movements be guided by your Light and transfigured by your joy.

O Archangel Raphael, you not only directed Tobias to find a wife, but you also gave him a guideline to keep his marriage happy: "Pray together before making all important decisions."

If through prayer we keep God as the "third Partner" in our marriage, I believe we will have the strength and grace we need to always accept and do His will always.

O Jesus, lover of lovers, my dearest Friend, I open my heart to You in all confidence. I beg Your Light and Assistance. Give me the Light of Your grace, that I may decide wisely concerning the person who is to be my partner for life.

Dearest Jesus, send me such a person whom, in Your divine wisdom, You judge best suited to be united with me in marriage. May their character reflect some of the traits of Your own Sacred Heart.

Bless our friendship before marriage, that sin may have no part in it.

May they be upright, loyal, pure, sincere and noble, so that with united efforts and with pure and unselfish love, we may both strive to perfect ourselves in soul and body, as well as the children who it may please You to entrust to our care.

May our mutual love bind us so closely, that our future home may be most like Your own home at Nazareth.

Raphael, Angel of Happy Meetings and Catholic singles, lead us by the hand towards those we are looking for! May all our movements, all their movements, be guided by your Light and transfigured by your Joy. Angel Guide of Tobias, lay the request we now address to you at the feet of Him on whose unveiled Face you are privileged to gaze. Lonely and tired, crushed by the separations and sorrows of earth, we feel the need of calling to you and of pleading for the protection of your wings, so that we may not be as strangers in the Province of Joy, all ignorant of the concerns of our country.
